Objective: To allow National Geographic to know THE TRUTH on why Corrupted Clark County and affiliated are trying to take away the spot-light per say of the Head Master in this Sinful city when it comes to justice, truth and the people, us the public. Allow me to introduce myself; my name is Juan C. Rivera and as you can read, I am not trying to hide any truth or make up a fabricated story. But, to allow the truth to be heard, expressed and exposed, as it should be and not hidden. Like your statement on your websites, “Inspiring people to care about the planet since 1888.” I am also a Veteran of our United States, a family man, a brother, a son, a grandson, a father, a husband, a friend, a cousin, a nephew, an uncle and most importantly a GOD faring man.

I have been following and noting corruption in Clark County Nevada since I moved to Las Vegas, NV. It all was happening around the citizens of this city. Yet, I have only noticed a few doing anything about it. Then I noticed that those that opposed not to do the crimes or involve themselves in corruption, were quickly ousted from their position, employment, this city and to even slander and defame them at all cost with the Publics Resources. So, in a way this story or letter opens up many areas of concern to those that are righteous and do what is right and not wrong for themselves and this Public that has seen to much corruption-within cover-ups, briberies, misuse of Public resources, protecting the guilty and prosecuting the innocent. As you read, it sounds very broad and vague, because it involves many people. Who is who in Las Vegas Clark County NV? Even people that are in the position to defend the Public, but only cherry pick certain matters that will not shake or stir the clear but bottom murky water.

It was brought to my attention a written story about Thursday, October 14, 2011 at 2:00am In the Las Vegas Sun. This sentence above in itself should raise some red flags. Why? In that it was published but, look at what time! 2:00am, I know we live in a 24 hour city, but those that care about such things would miss this story because of what time it was given/Published to the Public or even missed in where its placed in the newspaper, if it was, 2:00am by Joe Shoenman of the Las Vegas Sun property of the one news paper that owns about 75% of the media that goes out in this city, The Review Journal. Note also that the Review Journal just recently terminated or as they may put it, downsized by letting go Steve Sebelious and most recently Jason Whited.

The spotlight should remain on the Corrupted Clark County Government Center and who runs it. I.e.:
Commissioners (that they themselves don’t follow the rules, DUI’s, Public intoxication, corruption, cover-ups, Misuse of Public Resources and more),
Departmental Managers and Reps. (Business Licensing Jacqueline Holloway-Dan Hoffman-Gary Gerhart-Drew Renter & others,
Human Resources Dir. Jesse E. Hoskins & Sharon Alvarez [Dan Hoffman]), Assessors Office Former Fran Deane and Dan Hoffman,
District Attorney David Rogers (Not defending the rights of the Public when requested by a citizen, told Clark County Commissioner Sosolak to ignore any and all request of grievens by a wrongfully terminated Clark County employee and its family, was trying to get out of a radio show interview (1230am Talk Show-archive 20110-11) with Steve Sanson the host when a caller asked questions with factual information.

What I am trying to establish here is who is involved in Corruption, what they haven’t done, who was trying to do something and stopped in their tracks or told to ignore factual allegations. So, for you National Geographic, to make a sound and right decision to produced and air such an unfounded and un-ethical show that first, it has nothing to do with National Geographic or what your society stands for.

Second, many of the Clark County Employees that your show would follow have been in one way or another part of the Clark County Corruption and the Cover-ups which Clark County willfully did without any regards to their use of Public Resources to commit these unjust actions to Its Public and those that were mistreated in the path of their injustice.

Third, you should also know that Corrupted Clark County also transfers all of its employees that are the who is who in Clark County to the CC Public Administrators office, the CC Coroners office, to keep them quiet and from causing more internal crimes within its unprofessional internal structure of what they call local government for its Public.

Fourth, Clark County is and has been in a mess with the wrongful, careless and purposely murdered “Honorable” Eric Scott by the Corrupted Clark County Metro Department. That was orchestrated by D.A. Rogers and its corrupted one-sided inquest for justice (CC Coroners office & CC Public Admin. Office) and its not. To add, even now that the inquest is somewhat even but not quite, these murderers will not go thru the same justice system that everyone else is willing to go thru. Red Flag? Yes.

Others in the media that were involved, by name:
Steve Sebelious, former Editor of LV City Life that reluctantly ignored the publishing of a story that was cut in many parts about the Corruption in Clark County. Which were all facts and many former and current Clark County Employees were interviewed as well by Jason Whited. Currently Steve Sebelious works for Ch. 8 LV as a Political annalist and as a Political column writer for the Review Journal mentioned before.

Jason Whited, Just recently former journalist of LV City Life under Steve Sebelious. Which is in the market for a position. This journalist not only was he given tons of information about the internal ongoing Clark County Corruption, flash drives, personal journals, pictures and names of the ones committing the Clark County Corruption and more.

Ivet Beloue Fox 5 LV Journalist interviews Juan C. Rivera and its Headline the night of the interview then taken out of the media and its website for media archives because Corrupted Clark County was upset, flexed their muscles and didn’t even answer any question by Fox 5 LV. Luckily, Mr. Rivera retrieved a copy of his interview by Fox 5 LV by an outside source and placed it on You Tube.

I do hope that your society or corporation company does not take the unwanted show in question of Corrupted Clark County and its affiliated. The people need to amend this as our military has to have 20+ years to get only a fraction of their full time pay and benefits. Take for example Las Vegas Nevada. The local, state and it's entities that Govern, Serve and protect have and continue to abuse the Public/People. Police are murdering private citizens on a weekly basis and committing crimes instead of stopping them, they get exonerated instead of showing that we are equal, they get awarded for committing crimes against the People/public instead of prosecution. The district attorney that is for the People sits down and does nothing, he provides no solutions for his priority-the People/Public, he provides the ones with the criminal mindset to get a pass or slap in the hand to be frank. The attorney general Masto Nevada also does nothing to rectify any internal corruptions and crimes towards the Public/People. She worries more about the next election as any other career politicians that are self indulge in personal agendas for personal gains.

A perfect example is Shelley Berkley and Dr. Joe Heck, Harry Reed and his son Rory Reed.

We all make mistakes but when the Public/People commit a crime we pay the price and time, BUT-when the ones mention commit the crime or fail to do their job/position/moral obligation to mankind/Us/the People. They are not held responsible, they are given an out from prosecution, they are allowed to continue their own actions again and again ten times over.

So, is it only the 5% of the population that only cares about the 95% of the Population or can it be 95% of the Population to rectify the 5%?!?!?!

Other States in this Nation of ours are in same predicament, maybe worse or maybe a bit better than Nevada. We need to make a difference today to hold those that supposed to protect us instead of oppressing us and using our resources, not there's-against us.

I would like to express my concern that the charge against Clark County, from which Mr. Escobar and I spoke about today, was a heavy concern to me in that he stated in his own words to me that, "What is in your file has been reviewed and will be recommended for closure because there is no merit to the Civil Act of 1964 as amended." I then stated also about retaliation during and after (Duping me to believe there is an inventory and using that adverse action against me without merit and not to follow their protocols as in their employee handbook which cover many of the laws that are enforced by the EEOC, to include other adverse actions as in discrimination during and after my short tenure, towards myself by Clark County and it's employees) my wrongful Termination, the EEOC cannot close this charge due to having many areas of concern that Mr. Rivera has submitted to the EEOC. To include a good question as in:

"Why was the so-call e-mail/letter in question from Clark County not in Mr. Rivera's employee file, which Mr. Rivera did submit by law under NRS, to Clark County and receive what is called a sterilized employee file, which means it did not include that e-mail/letter that is weighing very heavy on the decision to these charges? Also, why was Mr. Rivera not briefed and debriefed as a Clark County Local Government Employee regarding this so-call alleged misconduct. Taking this into consideration, even when the alleged misconduct by Mr. Rivera was not taken into immediate action for an immediate termination and/or counseled, evaluated and treated as any other Clark County employee via Labor Laws and EEOC enforceable laws as well, to include Clark County's own handbook rules and regulations of an employee?"

I kindly asked him about how or in what way specifically to let me know why he is recommending this on my charges which i have concrete facts, dates, witnesses-current/former employees and many other items as pictures and information pertinent and that shows malicious and adverse actions of violations of my protected civil rights under the law, the American Public Laws.

He could not give me a solid valid answer and contradicted himself many times and allowed me to know that his decision as the investigator on my charges against Clark County was heavily weighed by a rebuttal e-mail/letter that was sent by Clark County to the EEOC stating by Mr. Escobar reading the e-mail/letter a loud to me over the phone:
1. Unprofessional Conduct by Agent Rivera
2. In form of an e-mail/letter.
3. "Agent Rivera has been visiting our business about 4/5 times in the last 2 months, harassing our staff and other businesses located in this same area. Also came with wife, while on duty, waving his badge........"

Mr. Escobar was stating that he was concluding this phone call and repeating the quote in the first paragraph of this letter/e-mail.

It is very hard to believe that having all the facts and information that I have sent to your office by walking it in, sending it via e-mail (which you have told me that all information sent these ways would be added to the supposed file in question.

I have in the past year, because of this matter and charges as a victim of retaliation and discrimination, have endured three threats on my life by Clark County, Clark County employees and affiliates to Clark County via their employees (Dan Hoffman, Gerhard "Gary" Torgerson, Andrew "Drew" Renter and Steven Brooks of Councilman Barlow's Office via a government land line.

I do hope that I may have rectified any misunderstandings and my family most of all waits for a more positive result and answer as this fight for my rights that have been willfully broken by the sole laws that the EEOC enforces and have been proved by facts yet diminished by a rebuttal from the Defendants and the lack of actual investigation of the submitted information to the EEOC in this charge. (487-2009-00585)

To add, that the investigator Mr. Escobar said that my charges only consisted of Clark County acknowledging me as a 'N' (the n word), is ridiculous since I am Hispanic and also submitted information of I being told by Clark County not to speak Spanish, yet I did submit some information that directed hearing Dan Hoffman of Clark County Business License calling the Director of Clark County Business License a 'N' (the n word) with another Clark County employee on or about March 2009. (Article Pride and Prejudice by City Life, Dan Hoffman [Limo driver@MGM] stating "If it's the last thing I'll do, I'll get that nigger')

If the EEOC would like the names, letters and concerns of the people which this is a of an interest to as others that have file similar charges as mine.

This is a Public Concern in that Clark County has a history of flexing there muscles to scare, intimidate and compel others to be part of corruption and cover-ups so that their world of governing does not dissipate.

• retaliation against an individual for filing a charge of discrimination, participating in an investigation, or opposing discriminatory practices; [I opposed many discriminating practices and questioned them during and after my short tenure as a Clark County employee (removal of family picture, cropped and posted throughout Clark County physically and cyberly)]

• employment decisions based on stereotypes or assumptions about the abilities, traits, or performance of individuals of a certain sex, race, age, religion, or ethnic group, or individuals with disabilities; and *NOTE:[Assumptions and abilities were questioned and not disclosed till charges were placed at the EEOC]

• denying employment opportunities to a person because of marriage to, or association with, an individual of a particular race, religion, national origin, or an individual with a disability. Title VII also prohibits discrimination because of participation in schools or places of worship associated with a particular racial, ethnic, or religious group.

"THE PROTECTORS OF CORRUPTION"

On April 30Th of 2010, Judge Sciscento overturned, well, corrected Judge Oesterle unjust imposed TPO's (temporary restraining order)on Juan C. Rivera. No justification and not one piece of information that should have been provided under the rules of placing such heinous unfounded actions to a law abiding citizen of Clark County, NV. By Clark County and its employees that are allowed to run a mockery of our local Government.

Note that Judge Sciscento was very close in finding Dan Hoffman and Andrew "Drew" Renter the supposed Plaintiffs, "in contempt of court" for lying and not being truthful directly to Judge Sciscento. The outcome was for both parties to be civil towards each other and Mr. Rivera, J's First Amendment Rights was re-opened and released since the unjustification of TPO's from Judge Nancy C. Oesterle with Plaintiffs, Dan Hoffman and Andrew "Drew" Renter revoking Mr. Rivera's Constitutional Rights to include those famous words we all know,

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights...",

and to include but not limited to:

Article XV.
Section 1. The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any State on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude. In other words, the unjust of placing of TPO's on Mr. Rivera by Judge Oesterle, Dan Hoffman and Andrew "Drew" Renter, employees of Clark County Business License. Because of the exercising the freedom of speech and of the press!

In addition to include the heinous and adverse actions of Clark County employees towards other Clark County employees, Mr. Rivera and his family, Nathan Taylor and other former/current Clark County employees that have spoken out, submitted grievances and have currently charges against Clark County that are pending, acknowledged and/or afraid to file and/or speak out because of the Malicious Rogue opportunities that Clark County allows to certain Clark County employees-I.E.: Jacqueline Holloway, Dan Hoffman, Andrew "Drew" Renter, Gary "Gehard" Torgerson, CC D.A. Rogers and others that are hiding behing the immunity of Clark County towards the law and their own Clark County Codes! Most of the open Las Vegas, Nevada offices that provide of have the opportunity to address these matters, opt out due to fear of Clark County's Top Heavy names and personnel or because of nepotism which is a very big ongoing situation that Clark County simply decides to ignore! In other words, "you are not Clark County family then tough luck!" Any and all Public resources to be used to cover-up and /or allow the ongoing corruption that has never been tilted other than the past but small G-string operation, France Deane a former Director in Clark County that Dan Hoffman threw under the bus while protecting himself and copping a deal with Clark County so he does not get prosecuted but protected by Clark County eventhough he has done some adverse and discriminating actions that don't protect him under such law (read it and understand it)!

To add, the two defendants were Dan Hoffman and Andrew "Drew" Renter. These two individuals (to the letter of the word), have decided to use not just their local Government positions but what is placed in front of them as Public Resources to continue the discriminative attacks and character assassination of a former colleague, Mr. Rivera, J., Nathan Taylor and many others that are afraid to speak out!

On June 2Th of 2010, Judge Sciscento concluded the 30 day civility time between the two parties and aknowledge that Mr. Rivera is allowed to excercise his 1st Amendment as anyone in the United States can.

Position: Special Agent (C28).

Interview: 1) James Headen, 2) Gary Torgerson, 3) Gail Gordon, and 4) Dan Hoffman.
*Was told by Dan Hoffman “In order to work here you would have to have Integrity and Loyalty”,. I responded by stating “I am the definition of both, It is black and white as a professional unless guided differently by supervisors”. Miss Gail Gordon and James Headen seemed to agree with the statement I have made to the panel. The statements were confirmed with the two individuals at a later date once I was hired, to include moral values which was important to James Headen since I was to work with him as a special agent on his night crew as I did. Dan Hoffman also questioned me during the interview in front of the other people in the interview panel. After I (Juan) stated “do you accommodate disable Vets if need be?” Dan Hoffman Replied “why, do you need to be accommodated before we make a decision?”

Post Employment Meeting: This meeting was conducted by Dan Hoffman 1 to 2 weeks prior to hire date (11/17/08). I filled out some pertinent papers and signed as well, it was a pre-hire time due to filling out the actual new hire paper work with James Headen and Barbara Matsko (admin specialist), in there work area. Position disclosure by Dan Hoffman was Special Agent position C28 rank/stat, Wednesday – Saturday from 2pm – 1am, with 1-hour lunch and 15 minutes brake as directed by supervisor in charge (James Headen). Dan Hoffman also stated at the end of the Post Employment Meeting, “You have no idea what this position consist of but, you will learn from your supervisors”. That concluded the meeting.

11/17/08 – *First day Met with James Headen. I was given a tour of Clark County Building by James Headen; I was introduced to many if not all CCBL employees on third floor and others. James Headen assured that I know the basics of the building to include:

1) ID badge, 2) access locations, 3) parking lot area in its entirety, 4) bus transportation for employees and guest, 5) location of other government entities in Clark County Building, 6) cafeteria location, 7) gym location. 8) Employee education service thru Clark County (orientation, JIC training), 9) Human Resources, 10) Office of the Commissioners, 11) Office of the District Attorney, 12) Night parking location, 13) Night log in/out with building security and much more.

*Instructed and given reports to read and familiarize with Clark County Business License Codes. CCBL Codes and procedures not written but still enforced by CCBL.

*Instructed that the first two weeks will be to work with Clark County Business License front office staff to familiarize with the business license application process to utilize within the Special Agent enforcement areas night shift. I worked with General, Industrial and Regulated Technicians to include a few: Miss Zella, Miss Vivian, Miss Sandra, Miss Karyn, Mr. Martin, Mr. Taylor to include Bill Pates, Dan Higgins, Margaret Aranowski, Ricardo Restrepo and Fred Saenz.

*The employees included, I have worked with during my employment of 11/17/08 – 03/20/09.

*On or about the first week of December 2008, James Headen was still our supervisor with areas of concern but none-the less he still provided us with meetings on the weekly basis and ended in every couple of weeks for the team meetings. To include meetings I was present with The Director (Jacqueline R. Holloway) and her assistant Camille Shauntee. As well with Gail Gordon (Tactical Operations Day), I attended a couple of meetings to familiarize with the contents of a meeting and its Clark County procedures of these meetings held.

*I was also shown the supposed break of the area of Clark County described and laid out by James Headen and to be followed by the night shift Special Agents, describe:
Clark County North West Vince Queano, South West Drew Renter, South East Perryetta Lacy, North East Juan C. Rivera (because I speak two languages fluent, which is Spanish and it did helped the department in the front office to translate for the customers and the Techs. as well to our night shift team when afforded the opportunity with Spanish speaking accounts). All of night crew can attest to prior stated facts. A map is attached to show.

1.The described can be attested by Bill Pates, which made discriminatory remarks In helping him to conclude his business with a Super Rancho market on Twain Street an account he pulled a Liquor License from. “Why don’t you go to this account or speak to them, they seem to forget the English language every time I walk through their doors”. “Since you speak what they speak you can do this”. (stated by Bill Pates – day Special Agent). Night Special Agents can attest to Bill Pates inappropriate discriminative behavior, they have all been discriminated and intimidated by Bill Pates. Perryetta Lacy in particular.

2.The described Spanish language use for Clark County Business License can be attested by James Headen, which I had lunch with and helped the cashier in translating (Spanish) the food purchase transaction for James Headen, myself and more importantly for the cashier at a Mexican eatery.

3.The described can be attested by Perryetta Lacy, Drew Renter and Vince Queano in the many opportunities we had enforcing the Clark County Codes and to be a listener when one to many accounts had people speaking a different language, in this case Spanish. (No Spanish via PL)

4.The supervisors and the Team have acknowledge many times of the good work in person, e-mails, letters within our phones, text; the expressions used were a) good looking out (GLO), thank you my brother (tymb), way to go, good job and other positive statements. Never did I receive any counseling or guidens in my job description as stated by Dan Hoffman, not even an evaluation of any sort or at any time.

*On 1/21/09 at 8am Rm#3 – I attend an Orientation meeting for all new hires. The meeting was scheduled by business license administration while still under James Headen Special Agent Supervisor.

*On 1/21/09 at 5pm in the Town View Room – Enforcement Meeting with night Special Agents, Supervisor James Headen.

*On 2/05/09 at 3pm in the Town View Room – This is the exact date and time of meeting that took place with People present: James Headen, Gary Torgerson, Allison Gigante, Nancy Hancock, Perryetta Lacy, Vince Queano, Juan C. Rivera, Andrew “Drew” Renter was not present for this meeting.
Meeting consisted of lateral move for James Headen and Gary Torgerson to take over the Special Agent Night Crew Supervisor. Who all were present were told by all management to continue work, as is, with no changes or directions other than to report to the new supervisor, Gary Torgerson. All people present in this meeting can attest to the stated.

*Commended/Reprimanded for Work Done –
I was constantly being commended on how good work I was doing during the duration of my employment via e-mail, phone calls and in person.

*On 3/20/09 at 1400 hrs. :
I Juan Rivera had an Inventory meeting at 2pm of this day in the Town View Room in the Business License department. This meeting was e-mailed to Perryetta Lacy, Vince Queano, Andrew “Drew” Renter and Juan Rivera by Gary Torgerson.

I was discriminated during this matter via the e-mail sent was 4-5 days prior to the supposed inventory date and at 2pm I was the only one of four Special Agents to show for the 2pm Clark County Inventory that was an actual termination meeting which where I was isolated/segregated by Dan Hoffman and Gary Torgerson but, directed by the Clark County Business License Director Jacqueline Holloway (and signed by). I was duped into thinking it was a legitimate inventory check for all, but to find out that it was to wrongfully terminate my employment with Clark County Business License by maliciously discriminating against me. Threaten as well by Dan Hoffman, never to come to the Clark County Building or I will be escorted out by Clark County Security no questions asked.

These actions that were willfully and deliberately established and carried out by Clark County Management, shows that they had ample opportunity to maliciously organized this act of discrimination as well as breaking not only their own rules (Clark County Codes) but other employment law rules that are a priority over an at will states laws and are enforced by the Federal Government to this Clark County Government Entity and its management, i.e.:

8.20.020.225 – Moral Turpitude – “Moral turpitude” is defined as any crime, including conspiracy to commit the crime which:
(a)Involves an overt act of intentional dishonesty or fraud for the purpose of self gain, or
(b)Involves an act of baseness, vileness, or depravity in private and social duties which a man owes to his fellow man or to society in general contrary to the accepted rule of right and duty between man and men/ (Ord. L-232-05 s 47,2005).

UNLAWFUL EMPLOYMENT PRACTICES
SEC. 2000e-2. [Section 703]

(a) Employer practices-It shall be an unlawful employment practice for an employer:

(1) to fail or refuse to hire or to discharge any individual, or otherwise to discriminate against any individual with respect to his compensation, terms, conditions, or privileges of employment, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin; or
(2) to limit, segregate, or classify his employees or applicants for employment in any way which would deprive or tend to deprive any individual of employment opportunities or otherwise adversely affect his status as an employee, because of such individual’s race, color, religion, sex, or national origin.

NRS 613.075 Inspection by person who is subject of records; provision of copies upon request; cost of copies; person permitted to submit written explanation in response to information in records and to challenge accuracy; limitations.

1.Any person or government entity who employs and has under his direction and control any person for wages or under a contract of hire, or any labor organization referring a person to an employer for employment, shall, upon the request of that employee or person referred:

a)Give him a reasonable opportunity, during the usual hours of business, to inspect any records kept by that employer or labor organization containing information used:

(1)By the employer or labor organization to determine the qualifications of that employee and any disciplinary action taken against him, including termination from that employment; or

(2)By the labor organization with respect to that person’s position on its list concerning past, present and future referrals for employment;
and
b)Furnish him with a copy of those records. The records to be made
available do not include confidential reports from previous employers or investigative agencies, other confidential investigative files concerning the employee or person referred or information concerning the investigation, arrest or conviction of that person for a violation of any law.

2.An employer or labor organization shall allow an employee or person referred to submit a reasonable written explanation in direct response to any written entry in the records of employment regarding the employee or person. Any such explanation must be reasonable in length, in a format prescribed by the employer and maintained by the employer or labor organization in the records of employment.

3.An employer or labor organization shall not maintain a secret record of employment regarding an employee or person referred.

4.Upon termination of employment, an employer shall allow an employee to inspect his records of employment within 60 days after his termination of employment and shall, if requested by that former employee within that period, furnish him a copy of those records.

5.An employer or labor organization may only charge an employee or person referred an amount equal to the cost of providing access to and copies of his records of employment.

*I was given a file that did contained some information but, was not given a reasonable opportunity, during the usual hours of business, to inspect any records kept by that employer or labor organization containing information used.

(1)By the employer or labor organization to determine the qualifications of that employee and any disciplinary action taken against him, including termination from that employment; or

(2)By the labor organization with respect to that person’s position on its list concerning past, present and future referrals for employment; and
b)Furnish him with a copy of those records…. [Also as continued and specified in its entirety NRS 613.075].

*Discrimination continued after April 14, 2009 with Slander and Defamation throughout Clark County and its affiliates to include but not limited to;
1)An e-mail that was fabricated and distributed throughout Clark County Business License and possibly all Clark County, its affiliates, all employees, customers, outside sources, and to consider any and all people which do business or non-business with the Clark County Government Center. As well as all of Clark County, that means Las Vegas, our community, our city, friends and family.
a) The above is proven by an intercepted e-mail of my friends/colleagues, which still work for Clark County. [It is attached[.
b) The e-mail was written and typed by Dan Hoffman and directed by the director Jacqueline Holloway that are the individuals that discriminated, terminated and threaten me after the fabricated inventory inspection that I was segregated as all others were not present.
c) This e-mail was also distributed throughout Clark County Government center with a picture of myself and posted throughout Clark County Center. This posted SLANDER AND DEFAMATION fabricated information was posted for six consecutive days, 4/16/09 –4/21/09. This can be attested by any employee at Clark County Government center, especially those in the business license department and security.[Someone from the Commissioners sector spoke to Dan Hoffman and was told to take all SLANDERING Discriminating information of Juan Rivera off the Clark County Government center, on 4/21/09].
d) All Clark County Business License employees were threaten and told not to affiliate, talk, or call me in anyway, that is discriminating to all employees who know or have any knowledge of someone being discriminated against. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964. [As well as to cut all ties per say with Juan Rivera]!

This memo of information of the facts is proof of how Clark County discriminates against its employees at any rate for any reason. Clark County uses and allows the miss use of the PUBLIC RESOURCES FOR THE DISCRIMINATION OF MANY AND THE PERSONAL GAIN OF FEW. The public should not stand or allow this to continue in any way by requesting audits, de-benching, request of resignations, to include but not limited to an immediate Federal Investigation on these factual matters. To protect those employees from becoming victims as Mr. Juan Rivera has.

One should not be judge by his color or ethnicity among other discriminatory actions, which are Federally protected by Equal Employment Opportunity as Clark County States it is, but continues to allow discrimination of its employees anyhow.

*The following are findings to impact the Non – Equal Employment Opportunity Discrimination that Mr. Juan Rivera is charging Clark County Government center;

1.SPECIAL AGENT: Andrew “Drew” Renter - a) Is allowed to go Bowling (bowling equipment can be found in his personal and or Clark County vehicle on during the work week) during Clark County employment time and can be attested by him and management. b) Has a mistress and committing adultery on Clark County Employment time and can be attested by him, colleagues, management and Mr. Juan Rivera. JR–“He has taken me on one of our days working to buy Kentucky Fried Chicken and taking it to his mistress (ADULTRY) and her teenage son during Clark County Employment time. I have also met his real wife too. The location of the mistress is in or near apartments/condominiums at 3295 Casey Dr., Las Vegas, Nevada 89120, on the second floor of attached buildings off of Tropicana Bl”. An immediate Investigation should be deemed appropriate due to opportunity to undue these facts by Clark County discriminatory hands. Also going shopping for personal self-gain during Clark County work hours. He is also Married to an assistant for Councilman Barlow Las Vegas, Nv. > Tanya J. Renter! (what kind of woman would allow this)

2.SPECIAL AGENT: Vincent Queano_- b) Is allowed to go around the city of Las Vegas in search of personal real estate for purchase as he just recently purchased around the Coronado area which is located off of Jones south of the 215 – Beltway in the south west of the valley, all during Clark County employment time and can be attested by him, colleagues, management and Mr. Juan Rivera to include an investigation on his most recent purchase of real estate in the area in question. To add, a check dropped off at a flooring company off of Dean Martin street area near Russell Blvd for that real estate purchase, Mr. Rivera was present. Also going shopping for personal self-gain during Clark County work hours.

3.SPECIAL AGENT: Perryetta Lacy - c) Is allowed to look for real estate and or leasing property for a Ministry/Church all during Clark County employment time and can be attested by her, colleagues, management and Mr. Juan Rivera. The location of the search for property/real estate was during Clark County time in the north west/east location of the to include an area down the street of Clark County, Martin Luther King/Alta at the north east corner. Also going shopping for personal self-gain during Clark County work hours.

·Other discriminatory issues that is allowed by Clark County and its management are: 1) sexual innuendos and statements made by Ricardo Restrepo (business license Agent II) Towards any and all female co-workers in the Clark County Business Licensing cubical areas. He has been heard by many and never reprimanded. 2) Perryetta Lacy has been called names as to discredit her and make fun of by Clark County management and her colleagues, I have request for an immediate stop of that harassment since it was done in my presence and I was told to mind my own business. This issue arose many times and I was told/threaten to stand down. 3) Purchases during business hours that is considered Clark County employment time was used for personal gain from all its employees and was told, “this is how we role”. ·My work ethics were made fun of, my status as in my religious beliefs were a mockery to my colleagues, procedures were used as not to enforce the Clark County Codes which are the most pertinent part of the Special Agent at Clark County and Clark County safety for the Community.
·To prove my work ethics and my position, there is an “H” drive and “P” drive which contains the history in which I was to do reports of the work that I have done, to include Notice of Violations called NOV’s for short in the Clark County System. Also assignments that are given in work queues under a system called CLIPS. To appropriately investigate these matters of computer information, Clark County Business Licensing department employs two permanent computer techs by the names of Rudy Shipman and Trish Moser. They are at the disposal of management, Dan Hoffman and Jacqueline Holloway at all times, even to manipulate certain accounts.
Many attachments are included to prove the facts of statements made by Clark County employees in question. These facts should be taken in consideration in that Dan Hoffman has a track record of discrimination in his past i.e.:

1.Pride and prejudice: Darian Isaac and his co-workers believe MGM's diversity initiative is being undermined by lower management. By David Hare, Las Vegas City Life magazine. [Isaac and other limousine drivers claim they heard a fellow employee repeat a racial epithet linked to Dan Hoffman when Hoffman worked at the MGM Grand last year as a lead driver. According to the drivers who spoke to CityLife, they heard the employee tell them that Hoffman said, in reference to Isaac: "If it's the last thing I do, I'm going to get that nigger."]

2.Deane’s assistant leaving county recorder’s office. By Jennifer Knight, Las Vegas Sun. The above and attached shows that Jacqueline Holloway and Dan Hoffman have the seed to reap injustice towards employees without a care to employment law and wasted public resources.

Please allow the charges and investigation to move forward. To allow any time to fester, the injustice will continue by who is who in Clark County. Someone who discriminates should not be promoted, they should reap the calculatingly injustice placed to others by them.
