1) A recent Temporary Protective Order against Juan Carlos Rivera (Private Citizen) by a Dan Hoffman (Clark County Business License Employee, with a history of racial aggressions [http://tinyurl.com/n247my – Darian Isaac].). But not limited to other grievens filed at Clark County against Dan Hoffman and other Clark County Employees. Frances Deanes Assistant, Lover and supposed whistle blower (cut a deal for not to be prosecuted).
2) To Acknowledge that the background and possible internal threat as Dan Hoffman placed Juan Carlos Rivera’s name in the pot for – 1) Homeland Security, Nellis AFB, FBI, and other possible areas where Juan Carlos Rivera has no intentions of any kind other than to be what he is: A Christian, A Marine, A Father, A husband , A son, A Son in-law, A Friend, A Brother, A grandson, A Big Brother, A Person that believes in Right and Wrong, A Good America (as he is).
3) Therefore, Dan Hoffman’s allegations as he fabricates stories in the past to current within Clark County and on County Time, using its Resources has placed not only himself but, others to include:
a) Judge Nancy Oesterle (Justice), James Headen (CCBL Supervisor), Gerhard “Gary” Torgerson (CCBL Supervisor), Jacqueline Holloway (CCBL director), Perryetta Lacy (CCBL special agent), Vince Queano (CCBL special agent),
In a position of guilt in hiding multiple and factual areas which are of Corruption Administratively, Politically, un-Ethical, Federal, State and to include Labor Laws, NRS 199-Crimes Against Public Justice, & other NRS Codes, Discrimination, Defamation, Slander, Clark County Codes, Clark County Protocols, Establishing fear within areas of News Media (FOX 5, Las Vegas-Ivett Belau), Establishing fear within areas of Public concerns (Local Club and Casino venues), Revoking Constitutional Rights with a TPO signed by Judge Nancy Oesterle.
In such a position to be construed as Corruption, Defamation, Slander, Discrimination, Cover-ups, Un-ethical Administrative Behavior, Un-ethical Political Behavior, Breaking Civil Rights (Civil Right Act of 1991 & Americans with Disabilities Act), Unlawful Employment Practices.

A Criminal charge was filed against Gerhard “Gary” Torgerson on the same day via advise of Commissioner Chris Giunchigliani.
